Raising a customer invoice is done from the sales invoice form under the Sales Module.

How to raise a sales invoice

  • Open the sales invoice form
  • Select the customer to be invoiced from the dropdown list.
  • On the line-items table pick the product or service that you would like to invoice.
  • This populates related accounts,pricing and VAT.
  • Fill in the quantity to be invoiced, It will automatically calculate totals.
  • Save the sales invoice by clicking on the save button
